Refund Policy

If MarkupEditor isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of any subscription payment, including an annual renewal. You don't need to give a reason.

To request a refund, email support@markupeditor.app from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, our payment provider.

Canceling. You can cancel at any time from your account page. That stops future billing, and you keep access through the end of the current billing period. A refund ends the subscription right away. A copy of the Unlimited Version you already downloaded keeps working, as described in the Terms of Use.

Try it first. The Evaluation Version is free, needs no account, and works for two weeks.
